World War Two fizzled out in the fall of 1940. Germany's quest for "Living Space" was channeled into her secret space program. That program was kept quiet to avoid disturbing a sleeping Europe and a slowly smoldering Asia. By the early 1960's the United States sends an unlikely agent back into Germany to discover exactly how far behind they had fallen. In an effort to blend in and survive, Freiherr Karl von Oldsberth goes from minor nobleman, junior engineer and spacesuit test pilot to orbital and Lunar businessman.
